All Moved In

Yay! so we finally moved into our new house on the 23rd of January! It's so cool! we have still got a few projects left to finish up and a bunch of boxes left to unpack but we're in! Unpacking all this stuff makes me wonder where it all fit in our other (much) smaller house. kinda baffling actually. its so nice to have a place to put things when you're putting them away!

From family room into kitchen Master Bath Vanity (complete with odds and ends strewn around to prove that yes we are living here... okay i guess i could have put things away, but whatever.) we still need to do the tile back splash in here. cool little glass and metalic tiles... i love them

this one gives a little better idea of the space in here. notice liv has panties on the outside of her zippy jammies... very super hero.

this is how far we've gotten of this project- we still have to put up a mantle and build the drawers for under the hearth. but it'll look great when it's finished!

Here is my poor neglected living room... i obviously haven't hung up many pictures yet...

This is what our Christmas Morning looked like before the girls woke up. Liza asked Santa for a playhouse this year, and Liv always just copies her no matter what she says so Santa brought them a house!after we cleaned up a bit...

we went to my mom's house and we played rockband for several hours... Matt kicked rear as the vocalist for our band! Here he is- hittin the high notes like a pro! Facial expressions are always a plus!

October house update

We are almost ready to start tiling the master shower; it will be started after the painting is done.

This is the master closet; we really like shelves!

After the painting is done we will tile the fireplace.

This is the laundry room; the laundry, entry from the garage and the half bath are the only rooms with tile.

popsicles in the park

Last week we stopped at the park and ate our popsicles at the Greenbelt in Idaho Falls on the Snake River. Luckily we had pink popsicles and pink shirts on that day! the stains are barely noticable!!

The girls were being darling!!!

Matt has started the trim in the house this week, here he is finishing out our family room window... what a "good worker boy" as Liza would say.

The girls are hard at work on the job site with their crayons and baby dolls....
