Here's the fireplace... Matt's pretty pleased with himself on this little project. It has taken a little longer than he wanted, but it's come together nicely. It's just got one or two pieces of trim left to do and then he can call it done. Lookin good Matt!

Make-up day!

Maybe I was having a crazy moment or something, but the other day I let the girls have free reign over my make-up drawer.... Here is the result...

Gabe the Great!

My little baby boy is growing up so fast! Nine months old today! This week he has reached an important milestone-- He can now pull himself up to standing... and he won't stop! He has put himself  into laundry baskets and our blanket basket, he gets stuff out of the drawers and throws it around and hollers proudly as if to let you know "this mess is mine!"

 I just finished the fireplace surround yesterday, there are still a few finishing touches put it is close.

Our house is in the middle of a field on 2 acres.

Eliza's Birthday Party

Liza and her friends had a lot of fun at her baking birthday party. They all made their own little mini pizzas and then decorated their own cupcakes.  She is now five years old and growing a lot!  Her daddy got her an easy bake oven which she used to make her own cake with.
